Terms of use

Effective date: October 21, 2026.

1. Accepting these terms

These terms govern your use of DealDialect, operated by Ayomide Adeyeye. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who may use DealDialect

DealDialect is for adults using it for business, training or education. You must be at least 18. If you use the site for an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

3. A free service

DealDialect is free. We may add, change or remove features or content at any time, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. We will try to give notice of major changes.

4. Accounts

An account is optional. If you create one, give a working email address and keep access to it secure, because sign-in links are sent there. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time from your dashboard.

5. Acceptable use

Please use DealDialect fairly and lawfully. You agree not to:

  • Misuse Message Check, for example by trying to get around the rate limit, sending automated requests, using it to write fraudulent, deceptive or harassing messages, or trying to make it produce content unrelated to its purpose.

  • Scrape, copy or download the site by automated means beyond what the content license allows. Reusing licensed content with attribution is welcome; overloading the site or harvesting user data is not.

  • Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, defamatory or infringing, or that contains other people's private information without permission.

  • Try to access accounts, data or systems you are not allowed to access, or interfere with the site's security or operation.

  • Pretend to be another person or organization, or falsely claim a partnership with DealDialect.

We may limit or block access if we believe these terms have been broken.

6. Content license

Most DealDialect content, including guides, lessons, templates and workshop kits, is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). You may reuse and adapt it, including for paid training, if you give credit. The DealDialect name and logo, our software code and third-party content are not covered. See the Content license page for details.

7. What you submit

When you send us feedback, share a message through Message Check, report a workshop or answer a survey, you keep any rights you have in it. You give Ayomide Adeyeye a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, permanent license to use, copy, adapt and publish it in anonymized or aggregate form to improve and report on DealDialect. We will not publish your name or your organization's name without permission. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.

8. Disclaimer

  • DealDialect offers general communication guidance. It is not legal, tax, compliance or financial advice. For those questions, consult a qualified professional.

  • Our guides describe common cultural tendencies, not rules about individuals. People and companies vary. Treat every partner as an individual.

  • Message Check and other AI-assisted features can be wrong or incomplete. Review every suggestion and use your own judgment before you send anything.

  • Content is reviewed for accuracy, but it may contain errors or become out of date. The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.

  • Business outcomes depend on many factors. We do not promise any result from using DealDialect.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Ayomide Adeyeye and DealDialect's contributors and reviewers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business or data, arising from your use of the site. Because DealDialect is free, our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Ayomide Adeyeye and DealDialect's contributors and reviewers from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

We link to other websites, such as government sources. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date and, for significant changes, post a notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Ending use

You may stop using DealDialect and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. Sections 6 to 12 continue to apply after use ends.
