Our impact.
Free training only matters if it changes what happens in real deals. Here is what we measure and how we measure it.

1
Registered firms
U.S. businesses that created a free account. Many people use our tools without one, so this is a floor, not a ceiling.
2
States reached
U.S. states where at least one registered firm or reported workshop is based.
How we measure
We use a well-known model for evaluating training, the Kirkpatrick model. It looks at four levels, from first impressions to real business results.
| Level | The question | How we find out |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Reaction | Did people find it useful? | Short ratings at the end of each lesson and workshop. |
| 2. Learning | Did people learn something new? | The same short test before and after each course. |
| 3. Behavior | Did people use it in a real deal? | A survey three months later, sent only to people who agreed. |
| 4. Results | Did it change the outcome? | A survey six months later, plus case studies checked with the firms involved. |
