Dear {{PartnerTitle}} {{Surname}},

Thank you for our recent conversations. To help us both build confidence in the partnership, we would like to propose a pilot order:

2. Quantity: {{Quantity}}

3. Period: {{PilotPeriod}}

4. Payment: {{PaymentMethod}}

At the end of the pilot, we would review the results together and agree on the next stage. We welcome your thoughts and any changes you would suggest.
