Use when
You are preparing a first transaction with a new partner and need to verify the company.

Tip: Check the details through the official registry: in Nigeria, the Corporate Affairs Commission public search; in Ghana, the Office of the Registrar of Companies.

Fill every field before you send. Remove any line that does not apply, rather than leaving a field empty. Adjust the greeting to the time of day where your partner is.
